Since it first became part of the mainstream, blogging has become a respectable medium of choice for artistic and/or strategic expression.  Few writers have explored the power of online journaling as thoroughly and insightfully as Christine Northern.  Beginning as a senior English major at Belmont University in 2004, Christine has not stopped offering up every aspect of her profound talent and perspective on a host of subjects.  From race to sex to religion, her blog is an introspective, penetrating insight that spans the issues both great and small that affect her world– creatively, critically, sometimes abrasively , often humorously.  In the world of blogging, Miss Northern is in her element.  Christine currently works as a writing consultant and program assistant for the Nashville Public Library.  Her other interests include music, film, fiction, food, travel, and facebook.  Contact Christine online: christine.northern@gmail.com
